Free shipping on all orders above $150

Orders typically take 3-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the processing may be delayed. Some items can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. We hope you understand.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery route for each order.

Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority.

TAXES, DUTIES, & CUSTOMS FEES

We are proud to announce all orders now ship DUTY FREE! GRKC/Arousal will cover all customs and duty fees. That means no matter the destination; there will be no extra costs after check out. A duty free purchase only applies to standard shipping options.

If you refuse a shipment from GRKC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to GRKC. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

GRKC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package to open an investigation. GRKC will not replace any packages.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Exchanges / Refunds will be issued up to 7 days from the date the product was received. 
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 

We only accept returned items in their original resalable condition - unused, with original tags and labels and packaging if applicable.

 Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
